In order to stay at the forefront of investor protection and risk management, STEBAN through its fund management providers has coordinated the placement of a Financial Offering Insurance Policy (FOI) which provides an indemnity for our client’s trading investments.
In the event of any actual or alleged errors, misstatements, misleading statements, neglect or breach of duty in connection with the Loan Note issued by Rosberg Incubator Diversified Fund.

The FOI policy sum insured runs at a 100% ratio of capital deployed and for the full 5-year ETN term. The FOI policy has been arranged by the regulated Lloyd’s of London Insurance Broker EC3 Brokers Limited.

The lead insurer providing capacity to the total FOI insurance program is Allianz SE. Allianz Insurance is one of the largest general insurers in the UK and part of the global Allianz Group.
